Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and distance, fully tracked

Express Delivery:
Courier: Australia Post
Timeframe: 1-4 Business Days
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and distance, fully tracked

New Zealand Delivery

Standard International Delivery:
Courier: Australia Post International
Timeframe: 5-12 Business Days
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and distance, fully tracked where available

Express International Delivery:
Courier: Australia Post International Express
Timeframe: 3-8 Business Days
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and distance, fully tracked where available

International Shipping

KRcollectables ships internationally to selected countries and regions. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total order weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid to KRcollectables unless specifically stated at checkout.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. KRcollectables has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount that may be applied.

Customs Declarations

All international orders will be declared accurately in accordance with Australian and international customs requirements. KRcollectables cannot undervalue an order or declare a commercial purchase as a gift.

Customs & Delivery Delays

International delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. Orders may experience delays due to customs processing, local postal services or other circumstances outside of KRcollectables' control.

Refused or Unclaimed Parcels

If an international order is refused, left unclaimed, or returned to KRcollectables due to unpaid customs duties or import charges, any refund will be processed only after the parcel has been safely returned to us. Original shipping costs and any return shipping, customs or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, email address and phone number when placing an international order. Please check your information carefully before completing checkout.

Delivery Delays and Support
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond KRCollectables control.

If you suspect an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email. We’ll be happy to investigate the matter with our courier partners on your behalf.

Please note:
If your order includes pre-order items, it will be subject to the terms outlined in our Pre-Order Policy.

To help avoid delays, please double-check your order details — especially your full delivery address — before completing your purchase at checkout.

Stream Orders:
Customers purchasing through our KR LIVE stream only need to purchase shipping once. Any additional items bought during the same week will be combined and shipped together under that single shipping payment.

Accumulating orders over multiple weeks is possible, but shipping must eventually be paid before your order is shipped out to you. Please let us know during stream if you plan to accumulate orders.
